• Must be a conceptual designer with a solid background in campaign development and motion design.
• Experience working on impactful brand and campaign systems either in-house or at an agency.
• Proficiency in Figma, motion tools (e.g., After Effects), and comfortable leading creative partners.
• Passionate about quality, clarity, and coherence in design to ensure scalability without losing uniqueness.
• Ability to balance creative vision with operational effectiveness.
• Collaborative, proactive, and confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about new creative technologies, AI, and scalable design systems.
