📋 Description

• Generate innovative concepts and craft engaging narratives to inform, entertain, and captivate technology-focused audiences

• Develop visual assets such as graphics, storyboards, motion graphic templates, etc. for diverse multimedia projects including campaigns, advertisements, promotions, and events

• Write and refine scripts in collaboration with messaging, writing, and content teams

• Oversee photo and video shoots, from talent selection to on-set direction, to ensure high-quality visual outcomes

• Update and maintain video/motion templates to uphold brand standards and meet vendor requirements

• Collaborate closely with creative colleagues including writers, designers, producers, and creative directors

• Act as a brand advocate and creative influencer, fostering partnerships across teams and agencies

• Provide creative input on work from agencies, regional teams, and external partners

• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines concurrently

• Approach challenges with creative problem-solving and adaptability as plans evolve and new needs emerge

• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative advancements

• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a positive attitude


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-8+ years of art direction experience in multimedia creative environments, with a focus on technology, B2B, or agency sectors

• Portfolio showcasing innovative ideas and strong art direction across various mediums such as video, motion graphics, photography, digital, and print

• Strong design perspective grounded in typography, color theory, layout design, composition, movement, and timing

• Ability to iterate quickly, prototype multiple concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain the essence of the original idea

• Proven track record of art directing video shoots, photo shoots, and multimedia projects from inception to completion

• Effective communication skills to translate abstract concepts into actionable plans, facilitate constructive feedback, and present clear options to stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with remote teams and agencies, setting expectations, providing clear feedback, and balancing workstreams for optimal results

• Familiarity with brand management to ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines while driving innovation

• Ability to juggle multiple projects, navigate ambiguity, problem-solve under pressure, and maintain a positive demeanor

• Proficiency in production workflows, timelines, and resource management

• Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator with a focus on maintaining organized files
