📋 Description

• Lead a diverse team of artists and developers to create and maintain a captivating art style that aligns with the game's creative direction and engages players

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to establish and nurture strong relationships, ensuring the team executes the publisher's vision effectively

• Drive the creative vision for character design, ensuring assets enhance the game's aesthetic appeal

• Work closely with VFX, lighting, and UI teams to seamlessly integrate characters and maintain visual consistency

• Provide timely feedback to art production partners to meet project deadlines and quality standards

• Develop and maintain pipelines to achieve visual goals and performance targets

• Act as the quality gatekeeper, conducting reviews with the team to evaluate deliverables for visual fidelity

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering AAA games from start to finish

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Impressive portfolio showcasing artistic creativity in various game art disciplines

• Proficiency in 2D and concept art, as well as expertise in Photoshop and 3D modeling

• Knowledge of industry-standard software packages and game engines

• Understanding of art theory, composition principles, and design elements

• Experience managing cross-disciplinary developer teams
