• Collaborate directly with the executive leadership team to develop brand strategy, present creative work, defend design decisions, and promote alignment
• Establish essential frameworks for scalability, quality, and consistency within Brand Design
• Ensure creative and strategic alignment of the Brand Design team across various sectors, aligning systems and work with business requirements and brand standards
• Partner with senior design leaders such as the VP of Design, Messaging Design, and Creative Ops to address design team challenges, enhance visibility and alignment, celebrate cultural victories, and identify growth opportunities

• Possess 12-15+ years of experience in brand and visual design, with a strong emphasis on developing in-house brands and overseeing creative content across diverse marketing channels for a rapidly growing B2B software company or creative agency
• Demonstrate leadership experience (7-10+ years) in managing design teams strategically and supportively, fostering an inclusive creative environment focused on growth, development, and positivity
