• Take the lead in designing end-to-end analytics and reporting experiences to assist marketers in measuring, comparing, and enhancing performance within their messaging programs
• Establish a long-term vision for how Attentive presents data and insights, ranging from dashboards and visualizations to intelligent, AI-driven recommendations
• Work closely with PMs, engineers, and data teams to convert quantitative insights and qualitative research into impactful product experiences
• Develop and expand design systems that facilitate complex data visualization, ensuring clarity, consistency, and user-friendliness
• Prototype and investigate forward-thinking concepts like predictive analytics, automated insights, and AI-supported reporting workflows
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow designers to elevate the standards of design excellence, storytelling, and systems thinking across the organization
• Possess 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, analytics, or data-rich settings
• Demonstrate deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual storytelling for intricate data
• Have experience in designing data visualization systems or tools that simplify complexity into clarity
• Familiarity with AI-driven experiences or intelligent insights is a valuable asset
• Ability to balance long-term strategic vision with iterative, high-quality execution
