Lead Director, Digital Design

📋 Description

• Responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing the design process of digital products

• Manages a team of designers and works closely with stakeholders to define product objectives

• Drives the overall design strategy for the organization

• Communicates with executive leadership and various stakeholders

• Recruits, onboards, and nurtures a high-performing design team

• Leads and motivates a team of designers, offering guidance and mentorship

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have at least 10 years of experience in a design delivery environment

• Demonstrated experience in leading, motivating, and organizing design teams to deliver cutting-edge digital experiences

• Experience in managing departmental budgeting and resource allocation processes

• Ability to coordinate multiple design workstreams effectively

• Proven track record of leading teams in building and delivering high-quality mobile-first and app native work

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Interaction Design, Product Design, Human Factors, or equivalent/relevant work experience. Master's Degree is a plus
