📋 Description

• Transform live synchronous sessions into polished asynchronous courses at a rapid pace.

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality instructional videos and audio assets for multimedia production.

• Embed engagement features to ensure active learning in a self-paced format through interactivity design.

• Set up and maintain tracking/completion systems within the LMS to monitor learner progress for system management.

• Manage the end-to-end workflow for multiple sessions weekly, preserving all instructional priorities in the digital shift within the project pipeline.

• Expert understanding of "chunking" live sessions into digestible micro-learning segments for asynchronous pedagogy.

• Mastery of video/audio post-production tools to edit recordings into polished, graphics-supported instructional videos for multimedia production.

• Deep technical knowledge of LMS architecture for setting up tracking, completion triggers, and mapping to ensure data-driven oversight.

• Ability to adjust to evolving organizational needs, embrace new approaches, and continuously learn with adaptability & growth mindset.
