• Drive the design evolution of Magic Eden towards entertainment-centric product lines, consumer-facing experiences, and new verticals.
• Manage a team of product designers working on existing product lines, creator products, and new initiatives, providing design expertise and mentorship.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to develop product strategy and create designs that align with business objectives, scope requirements, and technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for specific product areas, ensuring design consistency and quality across the team.
• Establish and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and facilitates rapid product expansion.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure accurate design implementation and make necessary revisions.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a UI or UX designer working on consumer-facing products, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Strong interest in real-world collectible assets and understanding of the collector mindset.
• Deep interest in digital collectibles and the web3 space, with a focus on crypto-native product thinking.
• Ability to excel as a hybrid IC/Manager, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on design work.
• Experience with systems-level thinking and scaling rapidly growing products.
• Proven track record of leading design teams, fostering a positive culture, and collaborating with product and engineering teams for successful product launches.
• Demonstrated independence, creativity, attention to detail, and organized approach to delivering results.
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with web and mobile design standards.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
