Senior Graphic Designer – Co-lead

📋 Description

• Join our team in a senior role as a co-lead within the Graphics department

• Collaborate with another Team Lead to provide guidance and mentorship to designers

• Utilize visual media to effectively convey ideas, messages, and information

• Ensure product images meet Amazon's standards by editing them accordingly

• Manage and enhance printing materials like packaging, safety instructions, manuals, and flyers

• Create infographics and lifestyle images to highlight product features and benefits

• Assist in establishing and maintaining brand identity for PAJ’s Amazon accounts

• Develop graphics for social media platforms to promote Amazon products

• Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to achieve common goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Extensive experience in a senior graphic design role

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coordinate with other designers

• Proficiency in print design, with experience in China being a bonus

• Proficient in design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

• Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory
