• Create and develop innovative visual assets for various online platforms such as websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, including landing pages, case studies, premium content, and advertisements.
• Assist in designing materials for webinars and events by developing presentations, graphics, and promotional items.
• Enhance and optimize video content for marketing purposes and social media distribution.
• Prioritize and manage design requests, ensuring a balance between planned projects and urgent needs.
• Supervise Asana workflows to guarantee tasks are appropriately assigned, monitored, and completed on time.
• Perform quality checks to maintain brand consistency in all creative outputs.
• Develop and refine design processes by utilizing AI tools and the nova ecosystem to enhance productivity and results.
• Possess 2–4 years of experience in design or creative production.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Background in web design, including creating landing pages and case studies.
• Understanding of design requirements for social media, advertisements, and email materials.
• Competent in project management using Asana.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Mastery of spoken and written English at an advanced level is a prerequisite for this position.
