• Spearhead the development of innovative event concepts, themes, and creative visions for B2B brand experiences
• Offer art direction and visual guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
• Supervise the creation and oversight of all creative elements for event settings, such as signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive features, and giveaways
• Advocate for experiential advancement across in-person, virtual, and hybrid platforms, exploring technologies like AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and other teams to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Present creative ideas to partners and senior leaders, articulating vision and reasoning
• Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are timely, cost-effective, and aligned with the vision
• Keep abreast of trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology to elevate Deel experiences
• 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a primary focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating concept-driven event projects, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business outcomes
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and external partners, while actively contributing hands-on
• Profound understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experiences, and audience-centric approach
• Knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g. AR/VR, generative AI) and their potential to enhance brand experiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and production teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Bold, boundary-pushing creative mindset with the discipline to execute ideas with excellence
• Fluency in spoken, written, and written English (mandatory for application)
