• Take the lead in developing original concepts, themes, and creative visions for events that align with strategic goals
• Provide visual direction and guidance to internal creatives, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
• Supervise the creation of all creative assets for event environments including signage, spatial design, motion, video, interactive elements, and swag
• Drive experiential innovation across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, exploring new technologies like AR/VR and AI-driven interactions
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and other stakeholders to achieve objectives and KPIs
• Present creative concepts to partners and senior stakeholders, effectively communicating vision and rationale
• Manage the creative process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the vision
• Stay informed about trends in events, experiential marketing, and creative technology
• 7–10+ years of experience in creative roles, focusing on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating concept-led event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business outcomes
• Ability to lead creative teams and external vendors while also contributing hands-on
• Profound understanding of spatial design, storytelling through experience, and audience-first approach
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, generative AI, and their impact on brand experiences
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
• Courageous and innovative creative mindset with a strong focus on executing ideas to perfection
• Fluency in spoken and written English
