β’ Possess 7β10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on events, experiential marketing, and activations (agency or in-house)
β’ Showcase a standout portfolio demonstrating concept-driven event work, brand activations, and immersive experiences that drive business outcomes
β’ Demonstrate the ability to lead creative teams and external vendors, while actively contributing hands-on
β’ Have a deep understanding of spatial design, narrative through experiences, and audience-centric approach
β’ Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, generative AI, and their impact on brand experiences
β’ Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and experience working with marketing, sales, and production teams
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools
