• Develop creative concepts for paid performance campaigns across various channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Display, YouTube, and programmatic advertising
• Create strategies that align with growth and performance objectives to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure campaign ideas are scalable across different channels
• Generate innovative concepts that enhance the brand's positioning and deliver measurable results
• Work closely with copywriters, motion designers, and marketing partners to deliver high-quality work efficiently
• Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative assets for performance optimization and experimentation
• 4–6 years of experience in design or art direction, specifically focused on paid performance advertising (experience in agency or in-house settings, SaaS background is a plus)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful performance ads across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and other growth channels
• Proven ability to create creative assets that enhance performance metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS
• Proficient in AI video/photo platforms, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (experience in motion design is advantageous)
• Ability to balance creative excellence with fast-paced production requirements
• Strong aptitude for creative ideation and meticulous execution
