• Create and produce communication materials in-store, including signage, promotional posters, shelf labels, window vinyls, and other visual resources for point of sale.
• Develop and maintain style guides and brand standards for retail clients, ensuring consistent application across print and digital media.
• Generate digital assets such as graphics for emails, social media posts, web banners, and digital signage, aligned with retail campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Site Merchandising teams, ensuring high-impact campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Prepare files for print production and digital deployment, ensuring accuracy in design, color, resolution, and technical specifications.
• Translate marketing strategies into clear, attractive, and visually consistent designs that resonate with retail audiences.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, offering creative direction as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
• Over 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency or retail-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing retail campaigns, in-store signage, and multi-platform brand guide work.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Solid understanding of printing processes, digital asset optimization, and responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments with tight deadlines.
