• Provide guidance to external art studios, offering constructive feedback to ensure their work aligns with our high standards.
• Take the lead on art projects, overseeing and managing them to ensure they stay on track and reflect our creative vision.
• Maintain the visual identity of our games, ensuring consistency in art style to captivate our players with every project.
• Collaborate with various teams including game designers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate visual elements seamlessly into the player experience.
• Demonstrated experience in art direction or senior-level game art, preferably within the iGaming industry.
• Possess a diverse portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
• Strong project management and communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and a passion for innovation are key qualities we are looking for.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in Europe.
• Flexible working hours with core hours from 10:00–15:00 CET, offering adaptability around these times.
