• The Staff Web Designer is responsible for steering the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing development of our marketing website.
• Acting as a bridge between brand representation and performance, you will ensure that our web experiences are meticulously crafted, technically proficient, and geared towards business success.
• Collaborate closely with teams overseeing SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design to guarantee that our website not only appears exceptional but also drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion on a large scale.
• Take charge of the creative direction of the website and collaborate to outline the roadmap in accordance with web strategy, growth objectives, and technical capacities.
• Engage daily with a web team comprising designers, developers, CRO/SEO experts, and external partners to promote excellence in execution and design.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders in SEO, CRO, Marketing, Comms, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design.
• Develop captivating experiences that yield results as indicated by shared success metrics.
• Continuously enhance UX and UI through testing, iteration, and advocacy for industry best practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of web projects within scope and in alignment with both brand and business performance objectives.
• Oversee and continually enhance the Website Design System in collaboration with developers, based on business requirements.
• Cooperate with the Brand & creative team members to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Establish systems and processes to streamline web operations, boost project speed, and enable self-service at scale.
• Translate performance insights and business needs into clearly defined briefs and initiatives.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
• Profound comprehension of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
• Showcased portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-quality execution in web and digital campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in managing web projects in a high-growth SaaS or tech setting.
• Excellent communication skills to handle input and expectations from multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to balance brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile environments and/or collaborating with developers and marketing operations teams.
