• AOR/broadcast and digital marketing experience with strong conceptual thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education with relevant professional background
• Background in working with therapeutic clients and a portfolio of strategic work
• Strong leadership, management, and supervisory abilities
• Sense of humor, and understanding of advertising and leadership dynamics
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Sketch and Adobe XD
