• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Preferably worked across various therapeutic areas
• Must have experience in leading people
• Demonstrated expertise in client and project management
• Ability to oversee team outputs to align with client goals
• Familiarity with utilizing emerging AI tools
