• Work closely with the Creative Director to spearhead concept development and creative strategy
• Transform client briefs into innovative and on-brand creative concepts
• Develop and showcase decks, moodboards, and design directions for both client-facing and internal purposes
• Guide and support a team of designers, freelancers, and copywriters throughout the creative process
• Collaborate with production, strategy, and client services to ensure creative aligns with feasibility, timing, and scope
• Uphold high standards for creativity, execution, and brand consistency across all channels
• Engage in important meetings and presentations, effectively communicating creative concepts and rationale
• Provide hands-on assistance with pitch decks, visual design, and storytelling as required
• 5–8+ years of experience in a creative role within experiential, advertising, or brand agency environments
• Impressive portfolio showcasing conceptually-driven, visually polished work on live and digital platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate creative teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong grasp of branding, storytelling, and visual design principles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools like Keynote and Google Slides
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting
• Background in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or tech industries (Nice to Have)
• Familiarity with experiential production workflows and spatial design (Nice to Have)
• Hands-on design or art direction experience (Nice to Have)
• Copywriting or scripting skills (Nice to Have)
