• Oversee the creative direction and visual identity of Fetch’s B2B brand to ensure a consistent and elevated presence across all partner interactions.
• Lead a skilled design team, encouraging growth, teamwork, and creative excellence.
• Work closely with Sales and GTM teams to create campaigns, sales tools (presentations, case studies, etc.), and innovative solutions that support business expansion.
• Drive the creative vision for industry events such as Cannes Lions, CES, Groceryshop, as well as Fetch’s events and paid media activities.
• Develop and enhance the B2B design system, offering scalable resources and templates that maintain Fetch’s brand integrity and adaptability.
• This role involves both overseeing creative efforts and actively participating in design tasks, contributing to key projects, creative concepts, and flagship materials.
• Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency through effective project management, clear feedback, and strategic prioritization.
• Minimum 10 years of design or creative direction experience, with a track record of leading creativity in brand-focused organizations.
• Portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, brand storytelling, and exceptional design skills across digital and print platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software tools.
• Previous experience in developing B2B creative for tech, advertising, or SaaS industries.
• Expertise in design systems, scalable creative processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities to align stakeholders and instill confidence.
• X years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Ability to balance high-level direction with hands-on design work as needed.
