• Take charge of enhancing versa-networks.com by refining its structure, user experience, messaging, and design to boost engagement and conversions.
• Supervise and guide an in-house design team and freelance professionals.
• Possess 8–10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles, preferably within the fast-paced B2B tech sector.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach by successfully launching and expanding brand systems, establishing creative departments, and enhancing websites.
• Showcase adept creative skills in design, layout, and visual storytelling across digital platforms and websites.
• Proficient in website CMS tools, design for conversions, and collaborative content workflows.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design and project tools.
• Capable of presenting to executives and collaborating effectively across various functions within the organization.
• Possess a passion for simplifying complex concepts and making technical information engaging.
