• Flex is currently in search of a skilled Brand Design Manager to contribute to the growth and expansion of our marketing brand. As a key member of the team reporting to the Creative Director and Head of Growth Marketing, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Flex's brand identity to enhance our brand recognition and drive demand generation initiatives.
• The Brand Design Manager will take charge of leading creative cross-functional campaigns spanning various platforms including web, video, paid ads, packaging, card production, email, events, and lifecycle marketing. Collaborating with internal designers, freelancers, and vendors, this position combines creative leadership with hands-on execution, requiring a data-driven and highly creative individual who excels in a dynamic environment and can elevate creative impact alongside business growth.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative abilities, storytelling prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics in various brand design projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within a B2B, high-growth setting, with at least 1 year of team management experience.
• Proficiency in time management, people management, communication, organization, presentation, and strategic project management utilizing task management tools like Asana (or Jira, Monday, etc).
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and creative AI tools, while staying updated on emerging software and tools in the industry.
• Previous experience working across marketing channels with unique design needs, including print design, web design, presentation design, video production, paid campaigns, email, affiliate, organic, events, and influencer marketing, with expertise in co-branding initiatives.
• Skilled in managing and editing video campaigns from initiation to final delivery, evaluating performance and adjusting strategies to meet campaign goals. Proficiency in video editing is essential.
• Familiarity with working alongside web developers and product designers to ensure best practices across desktop, mobile, and UX/UI web performance.
• Detail-oriented approach to maintain compliance standards, guidelines, and accuracy in creative campaigns.
• Knowledge of designing web assets with accessibility in mind, considering WCAG, ADA, and AODA requirements.
• Ability to give and receive design feedback effectively, refining creative outputs based on data, outcomes, and results.
