• Lead the maintenance of DoubleZero’s visual identity and guidelines to ensure a consistent brand presence across various platforms and media channels
• Develop top-notch design assets for marketing campaigns, events, digital platforms, and internal projects
• Enhance and broaden DoubleZero’s brand systems, design language, and creative processes
• Design marketing materials, event graphics, product illustrations, and infographics
• Collaborate with internal teams to transform strategic objectives into visually appealing deliverables
• Take part in animation, brand building, and marketing projects
• Assist DoubleZero Foundation in its mission to enhance bandwidth and decrease latency for distributed systems such as blockchain
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Impressive portfolio exhibiting a variety of digital and print projects
• Proficient in graphic design, illustration, and brand development
• Familiarity with brand building, visual storytelling, and marketing design
• Track record of successful collaborations with marketing teams and cross-functional partners
• Capability to create on-brand assets that align with strategic objectives
• Excellent communication skills for presenting creative ideas and work effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, and presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides)
• Experience with animation, motion graphics, or 3D software is advantageous
• Knowledge of blockchain technology, Web3 culture, or related industries is a plus
