📋 Description

• As the Concept Design Lead, you will be instrumental in fostering innovation within the Data Mining realm.

• This role entails crafting advanced analytics and automating processes to drive down Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) expenses.

• Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytics to bolster the Data Mining Team.

• Assess and monitor the effectiveness of new analytics to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Create and deploy automated solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Supervise and guide a team of 5 concept design/automation researchers.

• Take charge of all facets of concept and automation development, from planning to execution and delivery.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to synchronize analytics and automation initiatives with overarching business objectives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data mining and automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work experience in Data Mining, Data Mining Analytic Development, and Automation Development.

• Demonstrate expertise in data analytics, automation development, and leadership of teams.

• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing data mining tools and programming languages such as Python and R.

• Experience working with automation technologies and frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills and a knack for fostering interpersonal relationships.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently and thrive in fast-paced environments.
