• Minimum of 5 years of in-house product design experience
• Possess a portfolio showcasing high-quality work that demonstrates expertise in crafting elegant solutions to complex problems that directly address user needs
• Proficient in a wide range of design skills, from conceptual flows to intricate interactions
• Approach work methodically, utilizing frameworks, research, and principles to justify design choices
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Deeply understand business and customer requirements
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Strong background in visual design, including illustration, branding, typography, motion, and animation
