📋 Description

• Crafting and enhancing scalable UI solutions for digital products

• Collaborating with diverse teams to grasp business and user needs, translating them into intuitive and captivating designs

• Ensuring design coherence with industry best practices and established design systems

• Developing consistent and flexible UI components to bolster product scalability

• Handling multiple projects with a focus on design quality and efficiency

• Presenting design ideas and working closely with clients and internal teams

• Engaging in the entire digital design process

• Collaborating with fellow designers and a multidisciplinary team (Researchers, Consultants, UX Designers, UX Writers, Data Analysts, Developers)

• Additional duties at the Senior level:• Leading UI projects and contributing to design standards• Supporting the development and improvement of design systems• Providing guidance and feedback to junior designers• Enhancing internal design workflows and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid grasp of layout, grids, typography, color theory, and UI patterns

• 2+ years of UI design experience (mid-level); 5+ years for senior positions

• Proficiency in Figma and other standard design tools in the industry

• Experience in working with or maintaining design systems

• Portfolio demonstrating UI design expertise in commercial digital products

• For Senior roles, portfolio must include at least 3 documented projects where you led the design, managed a team, or significantly impacted the final result

• Understanding of UX principles and their influence on UI design

• Keen interest in utilizing AI tools to boost productivity and workflow efficiency, with a proactive approach to integrating AI into daily design processes

• Strong communication and presentation skills (English: B2/C1+ level)

• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with design-development collaboration (basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
