User Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that support product objectives and improve the user experience.

• Prioritize user needs by conducting usability tests, collecting feedback, and refining designs for optimal user satisfaction.

• Establish seamless communication between design and development teams by producing detailed documentation, prototypes, and design resources.

• Collaborate with various departments to enhance designs, ensuring they are both innovative and technically feasible.

• Contribute to the development of a scalable design system that promotes consistency and accessibility across multiple solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in UX/Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field, or hold equivalent certifications from reputable organizations (IDF, NNG, Coursera, etc.).

• Demonstrate 3-5 years of experience in UX design within SaaS products.

• Proficient in using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Solid grasp of front-end development principles.

• Preferably experienced in EdTech and familiar with AI-driven UX enhancements.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially Scaled Agile (SAFe), is a plus.
