📋 Description

• The Anywhere UX team is experiencing rapid growth and evolution, establishing itself as a pioneer within the company.

• As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the design team in developing seamless, user-centric experiences for our web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate closely with various teams, including product managers, engineers, and senior designers, to enhance your UX skills and contribute to the creation of exceptional digital experiences.

• Support the UX research team by conducting user research, analyzing data, and extracting insights to guide design decisions.

• Evaluate both qualitative and quantitative data to gain insight into user behaviors and pain points.

• Develop low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design ideas and user journeys.

• Refine designs based on feedback from senior designers, usability testing, and stakeholder input.

• Utilize an existing design system to produce visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces.

• Assist in refining and implementing UI patterns, typography, and color schemes in accordance with brand and accessibility guidelines.

• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders.

• Engage in usability testing sessions to observe user interactions and collect feedback.

• Collaborate with researchers and designers to enhance designs based on usability findings.

• Contribute to maintaining design documentation, user flows, and style guides.

• Identify new patterns and ensure consistency across products to contribute to the design system.

• Stay updated on UX best practices, emerging trends, and design tools to enhance skills and professional growth.

• Actively seek feedback and guidance from senior designers to enhance design skills and advance professionally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related) or equivalent practical experience.

• Previous experience through internships, academic projects, or relevant coursework in UX design, product design, or a related field. A robust personal or academic portfolio is highly regarded.

• Basic proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Understanding of fundamental UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.

• Familiarity with design systems and UI patterns.

• Strong teamwork skills, clear presentation abilities, and participation in constructive feedback loops.

• A passion for learning, problem-solving, and contributing to a collaborative environment.

• Ability to adapt and integrate feedback to enhance designs and workflows.

• Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

• Exposure to HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.

• Interest in the real estate industry or experience with related digital products.
