Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Designer at Willful, you will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience by transforming intricate problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually refined solutions.

• Lead design efforts from research to high-fidelity execution, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap and drive substantial impact.

• Play a pivotal role in product strategy and be a catalyst for our design culture.

• Manage projects from discovery to final delivery, encompassing prototyping and high-fidelity visuals.

• Establish and uphold scalable design systems.

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to unveil valuable insights.

• Utilize research and analytics to make informed and strategic design decisions.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other teams to align on objectives and bring concepts to fruition.

• Tackle complex challenges through rapid testing and continuous refinement.
