• Over a decade of experience working on a diverse range of products, leading design teams, and driving innovative solutions.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (from UX to brand design to visual identity systems) that demonstrates your ability to inspire stakeholders and deliver engaging product experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A user-centered design mindset.
• A collaborative and humble approach to design and leadership.
• Proficiency in collaborating with various teams to maintain consistency in strategy, vision, and execution.
• Experience in building teams of top-notch design talent.
• Ability to lead teams across different projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record in developing product vision and strategy, translating it into roadmaps and experiences.
• Strong skills in design and collaboration software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite, Asana, Notion).
• Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required for this position.
