• Responsible for providing strategic direction and developing long-range plans for a major organizational area.

• Ensuring controls, standards, and objectives are established for earnings, finances, product quality, performance management, operational efficiencies, and compliance with policies and regulations.

• Leading Auto Product Development and Management teams to oversee product portfolios and life cycles.

• Providing thought leadership in product development efforts for high-value products.

• Managing guidelines, protocols, and understanding market dynamics for various products.

• Leading strategic product development activities and creating new products based on market knowledge.

• Collaborating with IT to ensure operational excellence for market initiatives.

• Spearheading enterprise-wide projects and ensuring adherence to budgets and operational objectives.

• Acting as an expert in core technical aspects and strategic innovation in product management.

• Developing organizational strategies and plans impacting the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience.

• 3-5 years of experience leading Product Management Teams.

• Extensive knowledge of product and project management, sales, and strategic planning.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talented product managers.

• Proficient in product analysis, business writing, and project management techniques.

• Skilled negotiator with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.

• Strong understanding of business systems and processes.
