• Showcase a robust product design portfolio demonstrating UX expertise and design processes implemented in production.
• Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
• Demonstrate a solid grasp of interaction design, usability principles, and responsive design concepts.
• Experience in conducting user research and leveraging insights, data, and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC, with a background in design system collaboration.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in an agile setting.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and engage with teammates and stakeholders.
• Create design assets with the appropriate fidelity level to convey design direction effectively.
• Comfortable with remote work and collaborating across different time zones.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
