📋 Description

• Moxie empowers entrepreneurs to establish, operate, and expand their aesthetics businesses using innovative software and services.

• We are in search of a Product Designer II to spearhead the comprehensive design process for key components of the Moxie Suite—implementing impactful enhancements for both providers and MedSpa clients.

• As a strategic design leader, you will oversee various projects, contribute to our roadmap, enhance design proficiency within the team, and foster seamless collaboration with product and engineering counterparts.

• Join us as a pivotal member of the design team, where your design choices, systematic approach, and user-centric instincts will directly influence our product and team ethos.

• Enhance provider and client UX: Develop and launch user-friendly, precise features that address user challenges and grow alongside the product.

• Lead interdisciplinary exploration and definition: Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and support managers to pinpoint key issues and develop scalable design solutions.

• Evolve our design systems: Play a role in refining our Figma design system to boost team efficiency, coherence, and developer collaboration.

• Advocate for user insight: Actively collect and analyze user feedback—through interviews, support inquiries, or usage data—to guide decisions and generate impact.

• Foster strategic design thinking: Envision the potential of a top-tier MedSpa platform, assisting in defining significant strategies and shaping future product directions.

• Proficient in UX design and systems thinking: Experienced in leading or significantly contributing to end-to-end UX for intricate tools, ideally catering to external users and internal teams.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results: Capable of producing top-notch work promptly with tangible business or user benefits (reduced support requests, streamlined workflows, enhanced engagement).
