• Provide guidance to fellow designers in developing detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals, etc., based on your insights and input from Product Management.
• Effectively communicate the user experience to relevant teams and advocate for design thinking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Incorporate complex regulatory, business, and technical requirements to uphold privacy, accountability, and user empowerment.
• Implement our design system and industry best practices into your product design workflow.
• Assist the Design System Team in crafting, managing, and enhancing UX component & pattern documentation for your product domain.
• Prototype user journeys and flows for user testing purposes.
• Share work early and seek feedback, iterating swiftly on designs and supporting colleagues in their feedback loops.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product designer within cross-functional teams delivering consumer or enterprise products.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring creative teams.
• Proficient storyteller with a background in collaborating across disciplines to create engaging concepts that drive customer satisfaction and business success.
• Ability to deconstruct challenges and operate within constraints effectively.
• Familiarity with designing for rewards & loyalty programs is advantageous.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and crafting comprehensive yet simple solutions for complex issues.
• Track record of designing top-notch digital products with significant business and technical complexities.
• Proven ability to adhere to design systems, ensure accessibility compliance, and anticipate localization needs.
• Strong curiosity about current products, trends, software, platforms, and hardware.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping best practices.
• Portfolio showcasing case studies demonstrating your problem-solving approach, actionable insights, and delivery of exceptional digital product experiences.
