• Familiarity with agile software development and B2B enterprise settings.
• Exposure to user-centric design methodologies and design thinking.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proficiency in designing for motion and micro-interactions.
• Experience working with Frontend code.
• Interest in psychology or cognitive science.
• Submission of a portfolio along with your application is required for consideration.
• Conducting an online interview with the Senior Talent Partner, lasting up to 40 minutes.
• Participating in an online interview with the Head of Product Design and a Product Designer.
• Final interview with the Head of Product Design and Group Product Manager.
