• Perform analyses to pinpoint training needs accurately.
• Utilize instructional design and state-of-the-art development principles to create captivating and inventive learning programs that align with company goals and our values-driven culture.
• Create microlearning modules, digital badging systems, interactive simulations, and collaborative learning activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp learning objectives and desired results.
• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborations with management, colleagues, technical leads, company subject matter experts, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of training scope, encompassing all aspects from planning to innovation of training programs.
• Collaborate with Lead Specialist, Learning and Development, and SMEs to identify target audience training needs and devise tailored plans.
• Develop assessments and assist in crafting measurement strategies.
• Lead teams and work groups to achieve targeted outcomes effectively.
• Proactively monitor project phases, swiftly address issues, and implement solutions.
• Deliver training sessions and presentations when required.
• Handle any other assigned duties.
• Preferably hold a BS/BA in a related field or possess equivalent years of experience.
• Ideally, have at least 5 years of experience in a related field.
