• Manage Waymark's social media presence on major platforms by strategizing, creating content, posting, and engaging with the audience.
• Design and implement social media campaigns that support overall marketing objectives and highlight Waymark's products, clients, and team.
• Produce original social media content - from posts and visuals to short videos - that capture attention and encourage interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to surface compelling narratives, amplify campaigns, and share company updates.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights and industry trends.
• Assist in integrated marketing campaigns - from product launches to webinars and events - through creative storytelling and content creation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create training materials and showcase customer success stories.
• Coordinate with freelancers and creative partners to scale production as necessary.
• 4–7 years of experience in content marketing, creative strategy, or brand marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or creative tech).
• Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company where you have initiated programs from the ground up.
• A natural storyteller who enjoys experimenting with different formats and platforms.
• Strong writing, editing, and creative production abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and factors that drive engagement.
• Experience collaborating with design and growth teams across functions.
• Enthusiastic about developing new initiatives rather than just maintaining existing ones.
