• Act as the primary driver of creative direction within the Pod.
• Collaborate with the Pod Lead to align creative strategy with client needs.
• Maintain communication with the Group Creative Director to ensure consistency with agency-wide standards.
• Participate in Pod-level planning and workflow management.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in creative roles within agencies.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking and visual design.
• Deep understanding of platform behaviors and emerging creative formats.
• Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage large projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools.
• Experience in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools and post-production workflows is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred.
