📋 Description

• Lead the creative team as an innovative and seasoned Creative Director

• Supervise the creation and implementation of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing goals

• Guide the team through expertise, empowerment, and autonomy to nurture outstanding work and development

• Deliver compelling presentations to influence and lead pitch endeavors


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing

• At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with expertise in drug launch strategies highly preferred

• Profound understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state, product science, industry standards, legal regulations, and competitive landscapes

• Experience with AOR is a significant advantage; must possess strong conceptual skills

• Background in collaborating with therapeutic clients

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating strategic and visually appealing work

• Strong management and leadership skills; a good sense of humor

• Familiarity with both the creative and strategic facets of advertising and leadership
