📋 Description

• The role of Creative Director requires you to be a visionary and a leader, capable of translating briefs into exceptional concepts, guiding ideas from inception to fully realized campaigns, and establishing the benchmark for creative excellence.

• You must possess a profound understanding and background in oncology, gynecologic oncology, women's health, and various pharmaceutical therapeutic areas, blending scientific precision with emotional resonance.

• Keeping abreast of evolving advertising trends and adapting them to regulated markets while maintaining a creative edge is essential.

• Leading with strategic insight, effective communication, and fostering strong relationships across different disciplines are key aspects of this role.

• Mentoring team members with a clear purpose, nurturing their skills and confidence, and actively participating in new business pitches and award-winning projects are integral to your responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field is required.

• 10–12 years of professional writing experience, with a minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical advertising, particularly in oncology, gynecologic oncology, and women's health.

• At least 7 years of supervisory experience leading creative teams is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to create and identify exceptional marketing materials across various platforms.

• Extensive writing background covering a wide array of therapeutic categories.

• Substantial experience in overseeing product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and new business development endeavors.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a thorough grasp of the market and scientific aspects of assigned products.

• Effective management skills in supervising direct reports, interpreting product research creatively, analyzing clinical data, and demonstrating cost-effective business management approaches.

• In-depth knowledge of agency policies and procedures, as well as the medical advertising industry.

• Comfortable interacting with clients and delivering presentations regularly.
