• At least 7 years of supervisory experience leading creative teams is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to create and identify exceptional marketing materials across various platforms.
• Extensive writing background covering a wide array of therapeutic categories.
• Substantial experience in overseeing product launches, lifecycle marketing initiatives, and new business development endeavors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a thorough grasp of the market and scientific aspects of assigned products.
• Effective management skills in supervising direct reports, interpreting product research creatively, analyzing clinical data, and demonstrating cost-effective business management approaches.
• In-depth knowledge of agency policies and procedures, as well as the medical advertising industry.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and delivering presentations regularly.
