• Report progress on key brand metrics with the Director of Brand and Product Marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to keep our marketing strategies effective.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative output and streamline processes.
• Manage multiple content workflows and prioritize projects effectively.
• Develop creative roadmaps that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create assets for product launches.
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum 8 years' experience in creative roles for national consumer brands, preferably in retail/ecommerce.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving challenging goals.
• Open to feedback and collaboration to enhance work quality.
• Experience working with top-tier creative agencies.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Proficiency in design and workflow tools like Figma, Wrike, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
