📋 Description

• Lead and manage a team consisting of four designers, copywriters, and various agencies and freelancers.

• Generate compelling content that resonates across multiple platforms including organic social, influencer partnerships, paid social, display, TV, radio, events, email, landing pages, and employer branding.

• Enhance brand guidelines for company-wide utilization.

• Develop and implement integrated campaigns merging brand and performance strategies.

• Supervise external collaborators and offer constructive feedback to ensure quality deliverables.

• Mentor and train team members in creating engaging social content and campaign strategies.

• Balance oversight responsibilities with hands-on involvement, including creating social/UGC content.

• Produce strategy presentations, conduct brainstorming sessions, and evaluate creative content in various formats.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a data-driven creative approach utilizing audience insights and channel analytics.

• Demonstrate expertise in both upper and lower-funnel marketing (branding and direct-response).

• Proven track record in building successful organic social media programs from scratch.

• Experience with paid social platforms, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.

• Ability to oversee and participate in copywriting, design, video production, photography, and AI tools.

• Hands-on skills in storyboarding, editing, filming, and creating UGC content.

• Leadership experience in managing internal teams and external partners effectively.

• History of internalizing functions and expanding in-house teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to senior management.

• Proficiency in social media strategies for expanding presence across multiple platforms.

• Comfortable delivering high-quality work with a small team and possessing a player-coach mentality.
