📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the creative and visual identity of Going across all platforms and interactions.

• Lead and guide a team of designers, art directors, and motion creatives.

• Set high creative standards by actively contributing to key campaigns and brand-defining initiatives.

• Manage the ideation and execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.

• Emphasize rapid creative iteration, testing, and feedback over complex processes.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.

• Develop and enhance creative workflows, review mechanisms, and feedback structures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership positions. Demonstrated proficiency in team leadership, vision setting, and delivering exceptional creative in fast-paced environments.

• Ability to link creative choices to data and business outcomes. Skilled at evaluating creative performance and using insights to drive improvements.

• Strong track record in building or evolving consumer, subscription, or digital product brands. Deep understanding of design's impact on perception, loyalty, and growth.

• Portfolio showcasing excellence in visual design, brand systems, and integrated campaigns. Clear examples of work balancing creativity with tangible business impact.

• Proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Comfortable working from concept to execution, from initial moodboards to final assets.

• Experience in creating creative content across various channels like digital, social, motion, video, and in-product experiences. Ability to tailor storytelling for different platforms.

• Track record of recruiting, managing, and mentoring creatives at different levels. Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating with marketing, product, growth, and analytics teams. Skilled at translating business goals into creative strategies that yield measurable results.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience in designing creative processes that balance quality, speed, and scalability.

• Thrives in dynamic settings. Enthusiastic about exploring the fusion of AI technologies and human-centered design, design tools, and innovative approaches that propel the brand forward.
