• Directly report to the Sr. Director of Marketing, Brand, and Creative.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading creative projects in either agency or in-house environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe.
• Capable of developing creative strategies while delivering on specific project requirements.
• Experience in analyzing data and consumer insights to drive marketing creative decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with different time zones.
