• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading creative projects in an agency or in-house environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe.
• Capacity to develop big-picture creative strategies and execute individual briefs effectively.
• Experience in analyzing data and consumer insights to shape marketing creative.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting across various time zones and cultures.
