• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, overseeing creative development and execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe.
• Ability to conceptualize big-picture creative strategies and deliver on specific briefs.
• Experience in analyzing data and consumer insights to guide marketing creative decisions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment across different time zones and cultures.
• Proactive self-starter who can work collaboratively as well as independently.
