• Take the lead in shaping the creative vision, design, and production of various marketing materials such as brand assets, event booths, sell sheets, and digital content
• Ensure all creative work reflects the essence of the brand and supports demand generation strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Creative Director in a technology or SaaS company
• Impressive portfolio showcasing B2B and digital-first creative projects
• Proficiency in video production, editing, and visual storytelling
• Hands-on experience with content management systems, preferably Craft CMS
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing pages is a plus
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and collaboration platforms
• Strong grasp of UI/UX, design systems, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and web optimization
• Experience with A/B testing and other creative effectiveness measurement methods
• Exceptional attention to detail, leadership, communication, project management, and presentation skills
