• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative direction, production, or related field within the direct response industry, particularly in health and wellness.
• Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful creative concepts.
• Hands-on experience in production, including working with crews, talent, and UGC creators.
• Proficient in editing workflows and providing constructive feedback to editors.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
